Zekrom is stuck and i can't progress further!

I played trough this game and got to this point. Zygarde punches MewTwo which goes into its pokeball but when he punches zekrom he gets stuck and nothing happens. Resharim and the flowers are moving so i know the game didn't crash. I tried waiting it out but it didn't work.
