I Fell into the void and i cant get out HELP!!!

So right Now im at the Audrey Event when she decides to flood the entire region i went back to the Pokemon center in Kepler city and for some reason it looked like the one before the new update i didnt think anything off it and went to grind in the Secret Base but when i left it looks like im stuck outside of the boundaries of the old Poke Mart and cant move and stupidly i saved and cant go back to before i started training so im stuck. Please Help.
