Experience Gained in Trainer School Tournament disappears after finishing in 1.2.2

I completed the tournament at the Trainer School in Midna Town and several of my Pokemon leveled up during the tournament, but after I finished, they had all reverted back to the levels they were at before I started the tournament. This also caused any Pokemon that had evolved to revert to its previous evolution. This happens whether you win or lose the tournament.
