Stuck after killing all the Ariados in Murk Forest

After I killed the last ariados in the Murk Forest side quest, the screen moved off to the side, into the trees, and I became unable to do anything but toggle autorun and quicksave. I accidentally hit quicksave while stuck, and now there seems to be nothing I can do. I'm desperately hoping that there is some fix for this, and if anyone has one, it would be appreciated. (Version 1.2.2, but 1.1.8 is the most recent the dropdown menu lets me select.)
