Game crashes right before the battle with Gail

I can't seem to escape the room without triggering the event and I unfortunately saved three times within the perfection base. This message pops up each time even after downloading the core and using the 1.2.2 version of the game. I attached a picture of the message I get when the game crashes. Thanks for the help.
