Route 7 stuck on blue flower bug

Whenever i go on the blue flower in route 7 right before Helios City my character gets stuck and there is no way to get out of it. The orange flower is completely fine just the blue one. I tested it multiple times and you always get stuck

Well that is strange but I was talking about the blue flower right before you enter Helios city. I'm guessing someone needs to check on all the blue flowers if you got a problem there as well.
