My game has frozen inside the perfection base as Reukra is walking off after the protesters turn up to protest against him.

The game has frozen at this point. I can hear the music and i can do things like toggle autosave and run. This has caused all of my save files to take me straight to this point where i cannot move. Is there any known way to fix this?

The same thing happenned to me once but in Samsara Cave after I killed an Ariados.
