Another Battle Factory bug

In the Battle Factory, when fainting a Pokemon that is also on your team, your Pokemon dies too for some reason.

Example:

Furret, Beautifly, Dustox vs. a Beautifly lead.

Furret kills the Beautifly, my own Beautifly dies too.
