Stuck in dream realm

In the dream realm when i fought Damian i lost and was sent back to the Pokemon center in Koril town,where i then proceeded to go back to Erebus city via the hyperspace.Once i exited the cave into Erebus city i got caught in dialog and battled Damian. After i beat Damian i was stuck in the wall and couldn't move.Capture.PNG
