Omnitype weak to water?

(hit enter by accident) I was messing around with Primal Giratina and noticed that it was weak to an Aqua Jet from an Empoleon on route 10. I decided to check the wiki, and it said water type moves should deal neutral damage. I went ahead and checked a type chart, and it should be neutral, with 3 super effectives and 3 not very effectives evening out.
