Poke Center (game breaking bug)

When I arrived at Gaea town and started roaming around I noticed the pokecenter was broken then I went on my way to do the quest Orion one and after I battled the dude in the ruins a cutscene was supposed to trigger in the pokecenters but ALL of them are broken and I cant continue with the game

She heals 6 pokes all the time and when I talk to her nothing happens

I apologize for the constant edits but I downloaded the core no updates were applied to the game.

same bug happened to me however after a different point, so it seems as someone else pointed out that it can occur from multiple different things.
