black screen when starting new game

I've downloaded pokemon insurgence 1.2.3 core like 7 times, and this keeps happening.. I also tried older versions like 1.2.1 and 1.2.0, but the problem remains.. When I start new game, the screen instantly turns black, and after a few seconds the game crashes... I read somewhere that the reason this is happening is because in the graphics folder there should be 17 files, like animations, I only have 16... And every time I redownloaded it, the files are still 16.

i just finished the main game and i really wanna start a new randomizer but when i start the game turns black and says it crashed
