Held Items and Dexnav

When using Dexnav to find pokemon, the wild pokemon that was overwritten keeps its held item.

Example: Using Dexnav on a route with Shuckle and Lunatone. Use Dexnav to find a Lunatone, but it has a berry juice as a held item.
