Stuck in Tree

In Holon Forest I've walked into the tree that houses Delta Darumaka and must have said No to entering because now I'm stuck in the sprite, unable to enter/exit or do anything except toggle autosave ,autorun or quicksave.

Same, I had already done all the side quests and defeated the elite four two times. I was making a new team, EV trained and everything...
