Friend Safari Rainbow Screen

When i try to connect to someones Safari that exist, I have that rainbow screen for around 5 minutes and the n i´m diconnected. If I enter the name wrong, the system tells me that immediately. The same is with online trading

Same. I was able to connect once to someone's base for some reason, but I get the same as above, iincluding when connecting to that same base.
