Areas with no access point

There are 2 areas in the game that I have noticed myself but don't think they have an access point to reach them.

1- Rose Crater: the very top of the area where a Great Ball is shown and probably some other items hidden at the back. Sealed with Lava on the west, walls and depressions on the north and east.
2- Mountain of Prayer: west of the area while surf is needed, there is a TM that can't be accessed. Sealed with rocks and objects.

If those items there have no significant importance in the game, like missing mega stones, TMs, and Key items from the list, then this can be ignored.
