With La Feu to make the iv stat boosting pills if you bring enough vitamins (the things in the helios depart store 2nd floor to boost stats) to make 3 rare candies and also enough vitamins to make a full stat boost you can craft a pill and the game will think you have all the ingredients and give you the pill making you only lose the 9 or 10 stat boost vitamin but keep all the ingredients for 3 rare candies.
