Mega-Kangaskhan should get a two-stage Attack raise with Power-up Punch.

Here it only gets a one-stage raise.

Also, the paralysis rate with Body Slam and Defense drop with Crunch seem to be far below the expected 51 and 36%.

In other terms, secondary effects are not affected by Parental Bond as they should be.
