Stuck glitch in sewers

After beating the 7th gym and continuing the story, you can get stuck in the sewers after talking to Nora at the base of Mt Rose and requesting to go alone. Once requesting to go alone, if you talk to the light blue haired character from the front you will get stuck. It also seems to show the dialogue from the first time you fought him in the sewers.

Quick update, it only happens if you come BEHIND the enemy with blue hair (Don't know the name). You are supposed to go through the sewers and get to Nora from behind, and if you talk to either enemy before it shows their defeat text and gets you stuck.
