Game is stuck (Blocker issue) (Post game) (Version 1.2.3)

The game froze after I hit save and I'm completely stuck on this screen. I can't move or get into the menu. I can only quicksave, toggle autorun and turn on autosave. I'm completely stuck and I can't do anything about it6617339d65a3896bb061b0f17ed5664f.png
