No Crystal Pieces

I never realized I didn't get the crystal pieces after beating Timeless. I only realized it after I caught Regigigas, and now I can't get back to the Timeless and figure out a way to get them. So now I can't primal Giratina, Regigigas, or Arceus (When I get it).
