MC Face glitches after dying hair

Since dying my hair and changing wardrobe (early on, either Vipik or Suntouched, I can't remember now), my character's face does weird things while moving/pressing the movement arrows.

I'm playing on a Mac.

It doesn't affect the gameplay but it does look awful >_>
