Battle Factory glitch

If you rest mid battle factory streak, reopening the game will cause it to be in a glitched arena. Since then, I haven't been able to heal at regular pokemon centers although most of the game elsewhere functions normally. Also doesn't count it as you having pokemon in your party in some areas. (Wouldn't let me enter shade forest from Telnor Town when I had a party of 6 pokemon.)

After continuing playing I found multiple glitches rendering most parts of the game unplayable, also soaring caused the opening scene to start when you create your character but after a reset put me back into my save file.
