No Honey on Route 3 --> No delta Ambipom

I recently started playing insurgence again (Stopped after 1.1- ish) and was excited to find and catch all the new deltas. However, when I looked on route 3 for the honey behind the house in the trees the item simply wasn't there. It's not in my inventory, PC, or anywhere. Is there a way I can get the honey? A save that I can trade with would be helpful, or something like that. Thanks!
