No Soaring on Macs

I can't soar using the emolga taxi on some macs (from what I can tell, Cheez can soar but I (I'm cheese) can't, and one guy on the forums couldn't either). The dialogs progress correctly, but when the soaring screen should load, only a blue screen appears.

Not sure if this is major or minor cause this means I can't encounter MissingNo. or some of the deltas.
