No cutscene at Cult of Darkrai base

I am not able to trigger the cutscene upon returning to the Cult of Darkrai base after speaking to Malde at the Narra Border. I've gone back and forth between Narra Border and the Cult of Darkrai base to make sure something wasn't missed on the way.
