IV Stone enhancement

I would like to use the IV stones we could select the exact number of IVs we would like to assign, this would be useful in many situations (Hidden Power, 29 HP IVs, 0 IVs speed/attack, etc). Mainly because the breeding for specific Hidden powers is really complicated, this would make that much easier. Maybe you think that this takes away all the fun of the breeding, but not everyone likes to breed and also is not that getting the IV stones are easy to obtain, it takes a lot of patient for the breeding but also to gather the IV stones, plus the breeding would continue to be used for the egg moves that are as important as the IVs.
