Scrolling Down too much in the learn/forget a move menu causes problems

When scrolling down on the new move to be learned in the forget move menu, the game doesn't let anything be chosen, kicks the player out of the menu (meaning the pokemon doesn't learn the move), and causes any remaining levels/exp to not be earned.

Only tested with moves learned through level up
