Clauncher evolution bugged

I tried on the same clauncher multiple times. First i manually leveled it to 27, it evolved into clawitzer and immediately skipped 2 levels and not learning aurasphere

i then loaded the save file, used 2 rare candies for the evolution again. This time i got a prompt that it learned takedown...? which is supposed to be on lvl 42? And the level skip happened again too
