Can no long heal after missingno

So this is all post game and I'm doing a randomized nuzlocke. So I am doing Taen's quest and can no long proceed because I can't heal at a Pokemon center and trigger the cut scene. The whole not being able to heal at the Pokemon center happened after I got the missingno encounter. I'ld rather not start over but if I have to I can also I'm playing on a Mac
