Game crashed, lost save

I wasn't doing anything specific, just running in Selene City after I got the tesseract. All of the sudden the game crashed and when I started back up my save was gone. I lost hours of game play, is there anything that can be done?

same happend with me, i was playing on the 2nd safe file. cant find it, 30 hours gone. still have a first safe file that works? doesn't make sence. but that wasn't my nuzlock. let me know if you figured out what to do.
