Delta pidgeot is weak to rock type moves

when my delta pidgeot got hit by a gigalith's rock smack or by nora's celebi's rock power it got the dmg multiplied for super effective as if it was a flying type, i do not have the screenshots because i was in nuzloke game and my pidgeot died the second time this happened

For clarification those moves are most likely Rock Smash & Ancient Power.

Rock Smash is a Fighting type move, so that would be super effective. Did you mean Smack Down?
