I'm stuck while doing a broadcast mission

I was doing the sixth broadcast mission where I was supposed to find latios for the second time, but for some reason whenever I am at the little hill that I'm supposed to rock climb on top of it shows how it looked like in the past but I can still climb the climbable rocks even tho they aren't showing to be there, but then when I'm on top I can't go any further and now I can't complete the mission or get out of here at all, someone please help!
