Suntouched City npc bug

[Protagonist Dude]

Location Suntouched City

Somewhere in south near the entrance of probably a cave like map(Never been there so idk)

I talked to this npc and the game hanged, The game auto exited(Has hanged and auto exited a lot before so I wasn't worried at first)

After I restarted the game it was still in the current location and can't move some functions still work like the save function, auto run, fast forward. Everything else doesn't work. I've restarted the game a lot of times and every time I load my save file I still cant move or interact. The music is still playing and flowers in the map are still moving.
