Damian/Jade Tower Bug. Unable to do anything.

Version is *1.2.5 (MacOS Mojave)

After losing to Jaern’s Rayquaza, I was returned to the Pokemon Center in Helios City. I made my way back to the top and ended up stuck behind Damian who is blocking the stairs. I accidentally quicksaved in my button-mashing frustration and now I’m stuck. The only things I can do are open my bag and talk to Damian, I can’t even turn. Any way to get out of this or any way to revert my save to a previous one?
