I am stuck in game, and cannot move

I died to a trainer, and instead of being transported to a pokemon center, i spawned on this tile, unable to move. I can interact with my pokemon and such, just I physically cannot move.

Any help is appreciated

I just ran into the same exact problem in the same spot. hopefully this gets fixed soon
