Stuck in Jade Tower

I was playing a challenge run and I lost to the “Rayquaza”. So go back up the tower through the black market and when I get to the top Damian is standing in the way so now I can’t go up or down. Please help. I caught a shiny piloswine and I really do not want to restart.
