Bug is in 1.2.5. Latios mission’s rock climb part is messed up. Gives the option to do rock climb, but it needs to be around 4 tiles up for you to be able to actually get up to the top of the rock climb area. Cropped the image to get rid of personal info in the background.

    Downloaded and installed the new 1.2.6 update, and you still can’t get to Latios via rock climb.
