Internal Clock Speed Increased

All animations play ridiculously quickly. This includes looping animations (such as movement, accelerating all travel drastically), text, start of battle sound effects, start of battle animation, the bobbing of arrows, etcetera. I assume this is because the game clock got messed up.
This is only not causing gameplay problems because pokemon’s a turn-based game. However, I could see it becoming a Minor priority issue if there are more real-time activities down the line. Currently, though, it’s just annoying when I use a move like rollout and don’t have enough time to read what the opponent’s doing.
I am playing on 1.2.7
