Jade Tower Tezzeract Soft Lock

Upon using tezzeract at the jade tower for salamencite it spawns you on top of the item which locks you in place and won’t let you pick up the item or move. Forcing a faint through dexnav respawns you at same place. Accidentally saved so now if there’s nothing to be done then my save has ended.
