without a fight against absyall cults i have travelled as far as safari park

I don't know if this is bug or not but i certainly bypass storyline . when i used fly (the whole taxi thing was pain for me) to keplar city unless i entered a house everthing is as it was before i got there .And the path to another route was open .. At first time i didn't have dive but this time i can go as far as i like ... i reached the fire cult in the cave below safari ... yeah certain things did crash the game but i feel i should report it ..
