WinRAR asked about 2 duplicate files, Can't get past

I downloaded 1.1.0 core from reddit thread. Extracted to desktop and got the duplicate messages. Said yes to replacing both. Cannot get past title screen, got error message.

Deleted original extraction, tried again, saying no to duplicates, same thing.

I had the same issue with duplicated files 1.1.7 running Windows 7, with the crash report here.
