For example, for Leftovers he requires 1 Fresh Water and 1 Big Root, but if you just have the Fresh Water it will still work.

Same goes for everything else. Really exploitable.

Sorta present in 1.2.3, had 1 rare candy and 14 hp up, make hp pill (yes it allowed me to), only the rare candy has been used.

now i only have the required items and 0 rare candies, I can still make pills ( taking 10 of the required item only)
