Stat Pills allow you to exceed EV limit

Normally you may only have 510 Effort Values in total, but the Stat Pills from the Chef La Feu lets you go over that limit and maximizes the respective stat regardless.

I can safely assume this is unintended, as you can have every stat have max EVs.
