Shroomish Movelist wonky

Starting at around level 29 it was weird. It didn't learn any moves after Giga Drain at level 26. I leveled it up to 40, and it didn't learn Spore.

Move relearner only sees moves up to Giga Drain @ 26. Also, it tried to learn Tackle at level...30ish? 31ish? I forgot.

I bred the Shroomish from both a male and female Breloom caught in the wild.
