I just got the message "Thank you for partecipating, we hope to see you again" without recieving any item. I would assume this is the nature changer because I've been resetting for a while and haven't encountered one yet.

Unless its nature was changed to the same nature it went in with (unlikely but possible) but it seems weird not to recieve a "Your pokemon came out holding an item!" message.
