Route 10 Hidden grotto crashes upon entering

This bug has been posted before, but every time there has been no response from any mod on any of them, nor is it fixed in 1.1.3 i assume it has been missed.

I have noticed occaisionally that the grotto does load, but the only instances in which this has occured are when there is a pokeball, not a pokemon.
