Delta Grimer description error

When catching the Delta Grimer, its description has an â on either end, reading:

âBorn from polluted sludge in the sea,
Grimer's favorite food is anything
filthy. They feed on waste water pumped
out from factories.â

Other descriptions don't have quotation marks or anything where the â are.
