1.1.3 Frozen After Selecting Starter

I was soft resetting for a nature starter pokemon, and after I won the rival battle my game remains frozen in place (if it helps, Damion Disappeared before selecting starter, the graphics are a bit wonky and I think the game might think he is still leaving the room).
