Delta Scraggy Hidden Grotto not working

I can only see a pokeball that can't open...

    I think what the problem is is that you've already been in the grotto before and claimed an item. In 1.1.3 i've been able to catch it. When it spawns there is supposed to be nothing there, as delta scraggy has no overworld sprite yet.
